Breakfast being one of the most important meals, I have found myself more energized with these healthier choices to eat throughout the day.

Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
This is one of the easiest and healthiest breakfasts out there. Plus, it can be made with any toppings you’d like!
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 cup of fresh fruit or frozen strawberries in juice
1 cup of granola
2. Waffle PBJ
This breakfast sandwich is great for when your on the go. Toast 1 whole-grain toaster waffle. Then spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter & jelly onto the waffle. Then lastly, top it off with a layer 3-6 strawberry slices on top of the traditional jelly.
Ingredients:
Whole-grain waffle
Peanut Butter
Strawberry or traditional Jelly
Fresh fruit of your choice
3. Egg White, Avocado, and Spinach Super-food breakfast Sandwich 
This only takes about 10 minutes to make and is well worth it!
Ingredients:
1 thin bagel toasted
2 egg whites
1 large slice of fresh tomato
4 spinach leaves
1/2 (2 tablespoons) of Avocado
Mustard
1 teaspoon of reduce-fat butter

Quinoa has been my new obsession lately, this is one of my favorite recipes that I found on Pinterest! This recipe is Vegetarian & Gluten Free!
Refreshing made with honey lime & fresh fruit!
1. Quinoa Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Basil
1 cup Blackberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 Mango
1 1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 cup Quinoa
2. Chicken Taco Grilled Wrap With Hummus
Ingredients:
Tortillas (6-8)
3 Grilled Chicken breasts, seasoned with taco seasoning
Pacific Roasted Garlic Hummus
2 Avocados Sliced
Lettuce
2 Tomatoes diced
Instructions:
- Spread a good amount of Hummus over one half of the tortilla shell
- Add lettuce over the Pacific Hummus
- Add Chicken, avocado, and tomatoes
- wrap the tortilla up tightly and grill on a pan
- Let the wrap sit on each side for 3-5 minutes
- enjoy!
3. Southwest Pasta Salad with Chipotle-Lime Greek Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 can of Black Beans
1/4 cup of Cilantro
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup of green onion
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 cup sweet corn, organic
1/3 cup black olives
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp Lime Juice, fresh
1 package of Quinoa pasta & Ancient harvest red lentil
1 tsp Chili powder
1/8 tsp paprika
1 salt and pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat plain
